I've been buying their chicken for a while now and I liked the extra hot chicken with chips. However on this day I got the worst service, firstly one of the workers was sleeping on a table and I had to wake her up. After few seconds someone else came to help, no apology whatsover. I only realized when I got home that he gave me a wrong order, mind you the store was empty and I was the only customer. I didn't take a picture because I don't want to get someone in trouble but Your staff can do better than this. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Chicken Burger, Chicken Strips

The quality of the food has drastically decreased. We ordered a full chicken. The entire meat was dry to the bone. It tasted as if the chicken had been cooked the week before. Absolutely not fresh at all. We might as well start ordering Nandos or Pedros because the quality of the food here is for dogs to be honest.
