A few weeks ago I went with my family to Rodizio and the waitress told us that the restaurant was very busy and that we would have to wait approximately 40 minutes. While we were deciding whether to stay or not, she told us that two tables were leaving and that she could bring them together. There were only 4 chairs at the table, there were 5 of us, and my father had to stand for 15 minutes because no one stopped to give him a chair, even though he asked several times! We spent an hour waiting to be served because the restaurant was full and there were only two people serving the entire room. When we asked for the rotation papers, she threw the papers on our table and didn't stop to answer us. It is important to highlight that as soon as we arrived at the restaurant, I informed the waitress that there would be two vegan rodízios and that the other 3 would be traditional. To our surprise, as soon as we filled out the rotation form, she came back saying that unfortunately there was no vegan rotation as they didn't have any supplies for it. Obviously we left for another restaurant as there was no way we could continue in that environment. Full, unorganized, cramped and confusing as it always was. This isn't the first time we've had problems with Senkai's service, but we still decided to give it another chance. Sixty minutes wasted since from the beginning the waitress could have checked about the vegan menu and this stress with me and my family would have been avoided.
