We placed a to‑go order at the restaurant, and the experience was disappointing. The staff took our order incorrectly and charged us for 2 half‑dozen instead of just 2. This mistake was caught while we were still there, and they corrected it, so we thought everything was fine when we left. However, once we got home, we realized that two tacos we had ordered were missing. We immediately called the restaurant to ask if we could come back and pick up the missing tacos, but they denied that we had ordered them at all. The restaurant was empty at the time, so it’s hard to understand how the order was still wrong or why the mistake couldn’t be acknowledged. Customer service needs improvement, especially when it comes to accepting mistakes and making things right for customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Service: 1

Fresh food, friendly staff and I absolutely love those pickled Serrano peppers they elevate my tacos . Love the chicken and carne Assad tacos. But everything they have is good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to Señor Ramon Taqueria and wow, their tacos blew me away! Seriously, the flavors were so bold and delicious and I couldn't get enough of them. Plus, the staff were really friendly and made the whole experience even better.
