This cafe is located near Umeyashiki Station in Ota Ward, Tokyo. What I ate here was vanilla ice cream monaka. It's not too sweet, refreshing, and has a crunchy texture that's delicious! Is this Monaca from a sweets shop called Fukudaya that used to be in Umeyashiki, and was taken over by Senrokuya after it closed? it seems like. Fukudaya-san...I remember it. The site is now an apartment complex. Even in the summer, it was cool even without air conditioning, and the shaved ice was cheap. I guess Monaca tastes like my mom back then. The price has only increased by 30 yen over the past 20 years, but Senrokuya's price has suddenly doubled, so I give it a 3. The taste is delicious and nostalgic, so I'm satisfied.
