오랜만에 슴슴한 냉면을 맛봄. 육향 은은한 육수와 메밀함량 높은 면. 강하게 볶아서 짠 참기름이 들어간 비냉. 기본 이상의 맛. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000

요즘은 대구 기존 노포평냉들 제치고 여기가 제일 좋다. 개인적으로 라멘이 짠맛이 기본 디폴트라면 평냉은 슴슴함이 기본 디폴트라고 생각함. 다양한 변주들은 그 틀 안에서 펼쳐지는거지.
