The interior is super clean and modern — it gives off a great first impression as soon as you walk in. It’s quiet and comfortable, making it a great choice no matter who you’re with. Now, the must-try menu here is the aged sashimi. Seriously, don’t leave without trying it. Skipping the aged sashimi at Seonshim would be a huge mistake. It’s that good. There are also great-value set menus, perfect if you want a full, satisfying meal without breaking the bank. And don’t forget to end your meal with their sorbet — it’s the perfect refreshing finish.
