As an architect, I especially appreciate places that preserve their heritage, and Ser Ahí is a wonderful example of that. This beautifully maintained colonial house near the main square of Rionegro offers a unique and comfortable atmosphere. Despite the heat outside, the interior feels naturally cool and pleasant. The vintage photographs, quality furniture, plants, and lighting create a warm and inviting space. I enjoyed an excellent coffee this morning, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The interior courtyard is stunning and provides a peaceful retreat from the busy street. I have not tried the food yet, but based on the ambiance, service, and coffee alone, this is an easy 5-star experience. I will definitely be back. Arrived at 9:10 am today and the girl said nothing would be available for the next 30-40 minutes. Online it’s listed that they open at 9am on sundays. Waste of time
