Excellent food, service, and atmosphere! My partner and I chose to celebrate my birthday here, and as locals who had never visited before, we were excited to give it a try. The experience exceeded our expectations, and I couldn't have been happier with our choice. Everything was outstanding from start to finish. I had an unforgettable dining experience at Serafina Ristorante Apex. The Short Rib Secondi was simply indescribable – from the very first bite, the tender meat and rich sauce melted in my mouth, like walking on clouds. The gnocchi underneath and the crispy parmesan on top created the perfect harmony. The Tiramisu didn’t even last long enough for a photo – I couldn’t wait! The creamy layers topped with delicate gold flakes made it absolutely divine. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially with the sunset right in front of the restaurant. A special thank you to Dillion, who was so welcoming and attentive, making the evening even more special. I treated myself to a solo date, and I haven’t enjoyed a meal this much in a long time.
