If you want to remember Old State Capitol, come to this restaurant first. If you are fond of Italian cuisine, visit Serafini. Eating tasty filet américain, meatloaf and salmon is a pleasant experience here. This place may please you with good caramel cheesecakes, tiramisu and ice cream. Take your chance to taste delicious marsala, bourbon or beer. Great tea is a decent choice.

We went to serafini as a celebration for my daughter. When we arrived the older male who was the hostess was rude. Two in our group ordered spaghetti and one the signature pasta. All of the pasta dishes lacked flavor and the meatballs were very dried out. The price of the pasta meals were really high, in excess of $25 each. Considering the price we expected much better food. Our waitress was slow, we waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive and then another 20 for her to run our credit card after she brought the check. Overall we were very disappointed.
