Вкусные завтраки и супы, красивый вид за окном, очень доброжелательные и внимательные официанты, лаконичный, стильный интерьер, в котором чувствуется работа над каждой деталью.
Меня поразила одна, возможно, незаметная на первый взгляд деталь - тряпочки, которыми убирают крошки со столов, имеют тот же синий цвет, что и тенниски у официантов и охраны ).
Единственное, на что обратила бы внимание тех, кто отвечает за подачу блюд - добавьте на тарелку небольшие "декоративные" штрихи: веточку петрушки в прекрасный оливье с копчёной курочкой, кусочек масла на кашу.. это не добавит затрат, но ещё больше поднимет презентативность любимого вами ресторана.
