Right after seeing The Wolfsonian - Florida International University, come here for a meal. Mexican food is good at this place. Many visitors come to order perfectly cooked beef tartare, filet américain and fish tacos. Serving good churros, ice cream and French toasts is the hallmark of this bar. It's time to degustate delicious piña colada, margaritas or Mimosas. Most reviewers point out that you can drink good espresso at Serena.

I was not impressed with the food at Serena. The Fish taco was actually one of the worst tacos I’ve ever had. The fish had a bad texture, the limes they served with it were mealy (no juice - like they were left out for too long), and overall, the flavor wasn’t really great. You know when Gordon Ramsey spits out food on that show where he visits restaurants because those restaurants are failing and they need help, and it turns out all the food has been sitting for days and isn’t fresh? That is what it felt like while I was eating these tacos. Anyway, the place is overrated. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This place is what locals (and anyone with enough knowledge) would call a “tourist trap”. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I don’t think it’s worth it. Tell me why 1 (yes just one) small empanada and 1 (again just one) drink costs $35 Service: Dine in Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
