Ordered via phone for pick up of two items. Kept us waiting for over 45mins for the order to be picked up. The food order was placed only when we got to the restaurant. Even then, we weren't served immediately. If there was such a delay they could have let us know when we called rather than inconvenience us. I was extremely disappointed with the service received. Amazing food at very reasonable prices. If you go here in person rather than ordering off Ubereats it's way cheaper and the staff are very friendly. I just brought home enough food for dinners all week for way less than I would have spent on a grocery run, lol. Serendib offers all-you-can-eat style of dining. There are plenty choices of rice/carbs, proteins, and veggies. My favorites are beef curry and calamari. Kale and other salads are also good and fresh, with a hint of acidity. For dessert, I recommend their vanilla ice cream and watalappam (a sweet custard with a hint of spices). The ambience is also warm and the servixe is great. There is a space beside the dining area that can be used for praying. Just ask the staff if you need it.
