"Seriguchi" is located about 1km away from Aeon Mall Kumamoto. I happened to enter the store without a reservation, but the seats were filled immediately after that, so it might be better to make a reservation in advance (^-^) I didn't research anything in advance, so when I saw the price of the lunch menu, I honestly almost groaned, "Ugh!" I ordered a hamburger. When I received the "salad" and "cauliflower potage", my expectations skyrocketed (о´∀`о) The tomato in the "salad" is very sweet Nine kinds of appetizer plates are very wonderful (*''*) Sprinkled with homemade organic vegetables and seasonal ingredients. I'm glad that there is a simple explanation of the appetizer. (*´꒳`*) Udo tempura, bamboo shoots and butterbur simmered, konjac tempura simmered in Tosa, dashi rolls with sea lettuce, curry flavored lotus root, and more. In a rare place, there is konnyaku sushi with vinegared rice stuffed into the konnyaku simmered incisions ( ˘ω˘ ) The main hamburg steak is a solid grilled color. Chopsticks can easily fit into the meat, and the texture is soft and juicy (´ཀ`). The accompanying grilled sweet potato has a slightly sticky texture and sweetness. I usually only eat white rice, so I'm happy with multi-grain rice (=´∀｀) Dessert is handmade “Ikinari Dango”. Thinly sliced strawberries are inside, and the taste is accented (°°) The ingredients, content, taste, and quantity were enough for that price (*´꒳`*) It was delicious Thank you for your meal
