The customer service is amazing and completely different from a normal bakery eat-in. It warmed my heart to see letters from customers and their replies posted inside the store. Also, when you eat in, you can have your food brought to your table. (Normally, there are many stores where customers go to the counter to pick up their items.) Even when they bring the food to you, they look at you and say to you, and even if it takes a while, they say sorry for keeping you waiting and put a lot of heart into their actions, and they try to provide the best hospitality possible even when they are busy. I was impressed. This is a store that I would like to support.
