Seven Eleven has quickly become one of my favorite cafés in the city. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy — you can tell every detail was designed with care, from the warm lighting to the stylish decor. Their coffee is exceptional — rich, aromatic, and clearly made by people who know and love their craft. The baristas are friendly, professional, and always happy to recommend something new. I tried their spanish latte and a ceremonial grade matcha, both of which were top-notch. If you’re in Trier and love good coffee, Seven Eleven is absolutely worth a visit.
