Birthday meal with 7 girlfriends, ordered our main meals which arrive promptly and was lovely, table was cleared, I went to the bar area to ask if we could order dessert as we hadn’t been offered this at time of table clearing, the girl behind the bar looked at me very disgruntled and walked off to the side of the bar, I followed her and went back to our table, she then return saying no to deserts, the kitchen was shut down, and that I’d we’d wanted desert we should’ve asked before 8,30, not wait till 8.45, we were never told we needed to order before 8.30, had we of known this at time of ordering main, or clearing of table we would’ve done so, lovely evening ruined from the experience, Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Very friendly and the food is always good. We have lived local to this pub for nearly 10 years but have only recently been going the last couple of years. Since these owners have taken over the atmosphere is amazing and we now are regulars here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went in today for the Christmas Fayre meal with some dear friends. As always the food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the drinks superb. The atmosphere in the pub was friendly and welcoming. Our table was laid to match the meal we were having. Well done to team Seven Stars. Price per person: £20–30 Recommended dishes: Sunday Roast
