Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Your comments were passed along to the chefs. The manager on duty informed the kitchen and the chefs took the time to check the products in question. Our carrots are al dente and this may not be to everyone’s taste but following your feedback the chefs made sure that moving forward the carrots being sent out were not too hard for our guests. The greens were also looked at so that they could be steamed for longer to ensure they were fully cooked through. Unfortunately the kitchen was only informed of your comments at the time of your table being cleared and as such we were unable to remedy the problem after your meal is finished as ordinarily we would replace the items. I have spoken with the team to make sure they are doing check backs at the right time and informing the kitchen straight away so we can fix any mistakes in the moment. Kind Regards Herms

Good Morning, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your meals during your visit. I do hope you brought this to the attention of the team so they could fix this while you were still with us. While we appreciate feedback, letting us know in the moment is more beneficial to us and to you then leaving negative reviews. It gives us the opportunity to fix any mistakes. I have spoke with the team regarding what can be swapped, it can be difficult to swap certain items but often there is an option and I have made sure the team know that while we should not be swapping items based on personal preference, swapping items for an allergen is definitely something we should be doing.
