Heritage building well preserved. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Suffian is always attentive to our needs during the 3 night's stay. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious. Location is strategic. A cozy ambience and we felt at home. Recommended!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Seven Terraces and its incredible staff. We had the pleasure of staying here while attending a friend’s wedding, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like family. The hospitality was truly exceptional. The rooms were beautiful, featuring soaring ceilings, excellent air conditioning, and impeccable cleanliness. Every detail was thoughtfully maintained, creating a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location is another huge advantage, with countless restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping destinations just steps away, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. A special thank you to Joyce, Irene, Jenny, and the entire team for consistently going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend Seven Terraces to anyone visiting Penang and would be honored to return one day! Thank you again
