I and my husband has several favorite restaurants in Half Moon Bay. But this time we wanted try somewhere new. I saw Paella snd Tapas sign, so we decided try out. Seafood Paella - menu says rice is crispy on the bottom of the pan. It came with tiny tiny pan and rice was saggy. For sure this dish is pre made and just hearted on the stove. Shrimp was so tiny and other seafood & chicken was minced! We were in Spain, I can make Paella much better than this. Cost $25.00 Spicy shrimp toco - 2 bite size shrimp tacos $12.00. Chicken kebab - 2 skewers really dry chicken $8.00 They charged for bread too. This place taste like fast food, but price is high. Also waiter's attitude was strange. We ask any specially dishes there, he can not recommend any, his answer was everything is good, it means nothing is good! We absolutely won't go back.

We ordered: Sea food paella, lobster bisque and a the La cantalina sando. Just WOW. Now this is a very laid back out door dining only setting. So don't go expecting top of like service and seating. Like for non alcoholic drinks you actually have to go inside and get them yourself and your server will add it on. But whatever half moon bay is about as laid back as it gets. I'm SO glad we decided to stop by. I'm a sucker for sea food paella specifically so I felt like we lucked out deciding to do our annual trip to half moon bay on Sunday instead of Saturday! (It's only served on sunday) absolutely delicious. If I had to pick one thing out to say about it: little oily, however this is because they make it in a big pan then re heat it for single servings which is what I got. The price was killer for the service IMO. Lobster bisque was just wonderful. Everything you would expect from it. The flavored were blended to perfection. Not too thick or thin. Not too salty. Only thing I could pick out that could be better- there was only one small chunk of lobster in it. Why even bother if there's just one tiny chunck? Like commit to the chunks or don't do it at all. and finally the sando: ZERO regrets int his decision. I wanted to buy a loaf of the bread to take home. No joke some of THE BEST bread I've ever eaten. Like I was in France again. Often more then not bread with these afternoon style sandwiches is too rough for my mouth. Oh yah, the sandwich really was delicious. Love the goat cheese with the artichokes. Ugh. I which we lived closer to this spot.

A group of us were walking back from a wedding reception and Seville Tapas was the only place open.  They welcomed us in with open arm and sat a group of ten  next to a fire pit on the side.  This was around midnight on a Saturday. We ordered 2 cheese samplers, 2 meat samplers, Mediterranean olive mix, and pinchos mourunos.  Everything was delicious and we stayed until 1 am.  I never felt rush by the waiter.  The waiter came by many times to check on how we were doing.   I am so glad that Seville stays open late.  The atmosphere is warm and welcoming too.  I will definitely come back to Seville again and recommend it to all my friends too.   Thanks Seville for make our night
