I'll tried their shawarma, but unfortunately the saj/farm bread was quite hard, which affected the overall taste and experience a bit. The filling and flavor were good, but the bread definitely needs improvement to make the shawarma more enjoyable. Another thing I noticed was the waiting time. It seems they focus more on delivery orders, while customers dining or ordering directly at the shop have to wait much longer, especially during busy hours. I would kindly suggest the management improve the balance between delivery and walk-in customers so everyone can be served more efficiently. A little better organization and faster service would make the overall experience much better, because the food itself has great potential.
