When they say they offer a customizable experience, they really mean it!! I’m on a heavily restricted diet due to some health issues, so I called in and I spoke with Jon about it. Upon our arrival, they went out of their way to make sure I knew what foods were safe. He even brought me examples of the specific foods I could select off the converter belt. Anytime I had a questions about ingredients on the sauces, noodles or anything, the whole team put care a concern into finding out. They even had a grain free/gluten free noodle and all of their broths are soy free! Honestly, I’m thrilled by my experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and highly attentive. I haven’t been able to eat out due to the dietary restrictions, but we were able to celebrate our anniversary here without compromising my health. I’ll be a customer for life! This place is a must try! Fresh food, excellent servicenot just dinner but fun! Who could ask for anything more? :) The servers are welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They are very present and offer suggestions and helpful tips to make the hot pot experience successful and enjoyable. We had a second visit tonight and it was every bit as good as on our first visit nine months ago. We are not locals or we would be here on the regular! Tonight we had ribeye, chicken, pork belly, and prawns as our proteins. We chose the House broth and the pork broth- I especially enjoyed the pork broth. Our server really helped me figure that out tonight and I was very appreciative- the flavor profile was just as described and that allowed me to create the bowl I was craving this evening. We learned from our last experience and started collecting items while we waited for our hot pot to arrive to the table. It wasn’t a long wait. We just got into it right away. That really helped us with the timing of cooking and planning of our meals. We were so glad to find this favorite spot still excellent- consistency is a credit to a well-managed team and owner commitment to giving dinner guests the quality they’ve come to enjoy. Thank you! Once again, this was so much fun and oh so delicious and we can’t wait for our next trip through Springfield Missouri- another Shabu Hot Pot stop will be at the top of our list! This place was amazing. The food rolling on the assembly line to put in your hot pot was an experience I never seen. The hot pot was so fun to put all the items in. It was delicious, fun, entertaining, and worth the experience. Mara our server was so kind and her energy was enthralling, I have never been served by such a genuinely happy waitress before. This is a gem of a place and so unique. Must TRY you won't regret it the price was almost too good for a buffet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
