I can't stop thinking about the premium meat and sukiyaki broth as well as sauces at Shabubu. The broths and sauces were so flavorful. The meat was so delicious and premium. This a good place to come with family and friends or for a solo dinner/lunch. Service was so attentive and helpful. The interior is slick, spacious and clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been enjoying lighter and healthier hot pot meals lately, and this place was exactly what I was looking for. The broth was flavorful without being overly salty, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The meats were freshly sliced, the vegetables were fresh and plentiful, and the seafood added even more flavor to the soup as it cooked. What I appreciated most was the overall dining experience. The atmosphere was comfortable, the service was attentive, and we never felt rushed. We ended up staying for almost two hours just enjoying the meal and conversation. Came here for dinner and was seriously impressed. If you come, you MUST try the Miyazaki Wagyu and Sakura Pork Belly. The wagyu is top-tier—melts in your mouth instantly. Big shoutout to their house-made broth. It’s super clean and light, not like those salty pre-made soups you get at other places. You can tell they put real effort into simmering it. The individual pots are great, and the service was super friendly. It’s not the cheapest spot, but for the quality of meat and that homemade soup, it’s 100% worth it. Great vibe, easy parking.
