Shafran, located near the Stalingrad Battle Panorama Museum in Volgograd, offers a diverse range of Eastern European cuisine, including Russian staples and Georgian, Azerbaidzhani, and Uzbek dishes. The establishment's interior design is both cozy and interesting, with comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are above average, but the portions are reasonably sized. In addition to its regular menu, Shafran also offers a fasting menu.

The restaurant's standout dishes include the Adjar-style khachapuri with forest mushrooms, the Lagman soup, and the Uzbek pilaf. The establishment's signature dish, the Duishbara soup with small dumplings, is a must-try for those seeking a hearty and flavorful meal. For dessert, guests can indulge in the decadent chocolate fondant or the delicate eclairs with a smooth cream filling.

Shafran also features a variety of hot and cold beverages, including traditional Turkish coffee, a fragrant tea with thyme, and a refreshing cherry compote. The restaurant's bar offers a selection of wines and cocktails, such as the classic Moscow Mule and the fruity Pina Colada.

Overall, Shafran's delicious cuisine, cozy atmosphere, and unique interior design make it a fine dining spot worth visiting in Volgograd.

Came in for a bite to eat with my family. We were greeted and seated at the table. Not many people. The menu is clear, although a little tired. The dishes are delicious, the fruit drink is refreshing. The interior is pleasant, made in oriental style, the sound is pleasant and not loud. There is a children's chair. Were in Shafran with friends. I really liked the atmosphere, though the background music is too loud. But this is not critical if you take a table away from the speakers. We decided to try Chicken Salad in Ginger Sauce, spicy sauce is the highlight of this dish. I recommend it! We also ordered Megrelian Khachapuri. From drinks Tea with sea buckthorn and orange. Very tasty. The average check for each 600 rubles. We were waiting for the order for 40 minutes, but if you are not very hungry, you will go for conversations. We were satisfied. Thank you for a pleasant evening. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
