I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant. Firstly, I was spoken to in Arabic, even though I had clearly indicated that I did not understand the language. This caused confusion and made my experience unpleasant. In addition, the service was very poor and the food was inedible. I'm disappointed that I spent my money on a meal that didn't meet my expectations. I also didn't think it was child-friendly, which is important to me as a parent. I expected that my children would feel welcome in your restaurant, but unfortunately this was not the case. All in all, I cannot recommend your restaurant to others and am very disappointed with my experience. During my visit to Shahba Syrisch Restaurant, I was met with rudeness when I asked to have a lamb dish packed. The waiter's judgmental glare and remark about the lamb being expensive felt offensive and discriminatory. Despite the food being passable in taste, it was the unwelcoming behavior that soured the experience. Consequently, I have no intention of revisiting this establishment in the future.
