I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Shahbarose through Uber Eats, and despite a mix-up with my order, the experience turned out to be outstanding. When I contacted the restaurant about the error, they not only promptly rectified it by sending me another order the next day, but they also included an extra complimentary item . The owner personally delivered the order and took the time to apologize for the mistake, which truly impressed me. Such dedication to customer satisfaction is rare to find and speaks volumes about the commitment of the team at Shahbarose. Moreover, the food itself was absolutely delicious! Each dish was bursting with Arabic authentic flavors, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. The grilled meats and chicken were incredibly tender, and the refreshing tabbouleh and fattoush perfectly complemented them. Each bite was a delightful.
