Best smoke shack i have ever had on 5/14 at noonish time. Had at least 24 smoke shack in my life and the best burger ever! Biggest and juiciest burger! Give that cook a raise! Service is always the best at this location. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the second time in the last week my online order was “stolen”. I know Shake Shack is a large chain but I would’ve imagined they cared more about loss prevention - that they would take some level of precaution rather than just letting anyone off the street pick up an order without any proof of purchase and lose that money. In both instances, it was a $50+ order that I lost time waiting for and they ended up just refunding/cancelling the order. Super frustrating and bad customer service. Not the employees’ fault obviously but you guys should consider a new policy to try to at least prevent stolen mobile orders when it’s happening this often. Like what are the odds that my order was stolen twice in matter of days?
