I’ve struggled with social anxiety for a few years now, so ordering food at restaurants is always a bit of a struggle. But when I visited shake shack recently I was blown away by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, especially the young woman who served me at the till, Olivia Manzenza. She was so kind and welcoming and made the entire process so much easier. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
