Shake shack is the one actual fast food I eat more than once for my cheat meal. I don’t normally go out to fast food places. Food’s always great and made to top quality, while keeping everything affordable as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very positive experience here. I requested my order earlier than the scheduled time, and the manager made it happen without any issues. It showed great customer service, efficiency, and a willingness to accommodate customers. The staff was friendly, and everything was handled smoothly. I really appreciate the extra effort. I recently visited Shake Shack in Hyannis and ordered a ShackBurger with lettuce, tomato, and special sauce, along with cheese fries using the self-order kiosk. My order came out fairly quickly, which I appreciated, but unfortunately there were multiple issues. First, the cheese fries were served without cheese, so I had to go back inside to get them corrected. Then I noticed my burger was missing lettuce and tomato, which were given to me separately after another trip inside. After fixing it myself, I realized the burger had no sauce and was very dry. I was disappointed, especially since the restaurant was not busy and I placed my order carefully through the kiosk, so there was no room for miscommunication. I went back inside to request a refund, which was processed quickly. However, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issues. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and hope attention to detail and customer service can be improved. ⸻ Price per person: $10–20
