The food was great, but what made the experience exceptional was Regina. She was kind, attentive, and always had a warm smile. Her excellent service and positive attitude made our visit truly enjoyable. Thank you, Regina, for the amazing hospitality! We will definitely be coming back. I had a really great experience at Shake Shack. The atmosphere was amazing — very comfortable, lively, and a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. A special mention to Lucy, our server, who was extremely welcoming and helpful. She made sure we were comfortable and really added a positive touch to the experience. The burger itself was very good — juicy, fresh, and cooked well. The only thing I would improve is the sauce, as it was a bit too salty and overpowered the flavor of the burger. We also tried the fried pickles; personally, I felt they needed more coating and crispiness because it tasted almost like eating regular raw pickles with only a light breading. The onion rings, however, were perfect — crispy, flavorful, and exactly how they should be. Overall, a great visit with excellent service, a beautiful atmosphere, and tasty food. Just a few small adjustments would make it even better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: BHD 1–5 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
