Ordered 50$ of food. Single dad with three kids and we were from out of town. After ordering all that food I was turned away, sadly. They had no change. Must be a management issue. Manager needs to do a better job managing the daily operations.

This shake shack is excellent and on par with other locations around the country. Any negative reviews are likely older and from when it first opened. The smokehouse burger was my favorite due to the nice spicy kick. Don’t forget to make your cheese fries spicy! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was a really pleasant experience. Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to do a review but today, I thought I would. I’m not a person that likes going to a place where I have to walk in and order my own food and I didn’t! I walked in and went to the front counter and nice young man named. Robert asked me if he could help me and I told him I really didn’t want to order at the kiosk and he said I didn’t have to. He was pleasant, friendly, and genuinely wanting to help me. Even engaged with me by saying his parents don’t like to order that way either. He’s a great employee and if I could, I would hire him myself.
