You will pay low prices for your meal. The atmosphere is charming, as visitors find it. But google users haven't given this fast food a high rating.

Came in with the kids and wasn’t sure what to order since Shake Shack doesn’t have a kids’ menu. Namari walked us through what works best for little ones, recommended the hot dog, grilled cheese, and single cheeseburgers, and pointed out the Honest Apple Juices for them too. Made the whole thing easy and stress free. Honestly the best experience I’ve had at any Shake Shack, and I’ve been to plenty. Thanks Namari! Unfortunately this is probably the saddest meal I’ve received in the Chicagoland area. I went to a shake shack a few years ago in Chicago and remember it being fine so I tried it again. The prices are outlandish for such mediocre food. The hotdog is depressing, and the fries lack flavor. Close to $8 for a meal when you can go to portillos and get something a lot better for a similar price. The key lime shake is okay, it feels underdone and was underwhelming. You can go to andys for a better version. For a restaurant called shake shack the fact they only have one size for their shakes is sad to say the least. It was $16 for an overpriced shake, a sad hot dog, and some sad fries. Despite it not even being busy it honestly took awhile to get everything, it was just me and one other car. They messed up my name too despite me spelling it out for them. Personally wouldn’t recommend, normally I’m forgiving with fast food (see my other reviews) but this was a joke Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Recommended dishes: Fries
