Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Frankie and the crew at Shake Shack in Oxnard. I’ve been visiting Oxnard for work and since we don’t have a Shake Shack back home, I always take advantage of the opportunity to stop by my favorite burger spot whenever I’m here. I’ve been coming about once a week for 2 months, and every single visit Frankie has been extremely welcoming, attentive, and professional. The hospitality is always on point, and he genuinely makes customers feel valued and taken care of. It’s rare to consistently receive such great customer service nowadays, but Frankie always delivers. Employees like him are a big reason why I keep coming back. Great food and even better service! Shakes were pretty good. Fries were mid, and these are somehow the saddest buns I have ever had on a burger. For the price I would expect something not nearly as soggy and a bit more flavorful. If a place that absolutely packs their sandwiches like Fat Sals can make their buns still crispy and not soggy, how the hell can this place not? Overpriced, self checkout only, and somehow is more expensive than the better grub at Red Robin across the street. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
