Try out a burger at Shake Shack Ridge Hill

Many guests come here to enjoy perfectly cooked bacon. The competent staff welcomes people all year round. A lot of reviewers note that the service is cool. But this fast food hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

Got the BBQ burger. The burger was burnt and dry. The toppings were good. Would have been better off just getting the toppings on a bun. Fries have no flavor Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2

I ordered 2 baby back rib sandwiches to be delivered. When I removed the top bun on each there was hardly any ribs. The ribs didn’t even cover 1/2 of the bottom bun and it wasn’t even scanned. I felt cheated. The sandwiches were more condiments than ribs. I am not telling you what to do, but never again Shake Shack for me

This was not acceptable. We waited 20 minutes to find out that our order had been forgotten. We were very disappointed because we had things to do, and it should have taken ten minutes tops. On top of that, they ran out of buns so we couldn’t even order what we wanted. Very disappointing. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
