The food was good, nothing spectacular, but the updated/modern design of the restaurant is doing a lot of lifting. What I mean by that is the kitchen is gross, especially the floor (we could see it clearly from where we were eating), the bathroom had overflowing paper towels in the trash, and the dining room floor looks like it has spills that have been there all day. Also, one of the bathroom stall doors is crooked and doesn’t close easily. The staff is LOW energy, like super low. I saw a patron tell the staff that they’re out of paper towels in the bathroom and he just grunted, “okay” and walked away looking at his own feet (never went to address it). Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly? I have no notes. I got a double SmokeShack with a gluten free bun and it was delightful. The fries were crispy and fluffy and the chocolate shake was creamy and appropriately chocolate. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Dietary restrictions: Good options for gluten free folks! The gluten free buns were nice.

What an absolute dump of a restaurant. You’ll get the privilege of overpaying for average quality food with insanely small portions all while serving yourself and being asked for a tip for the pleasure of doing so. Self ordering kiosks and bathrooms with bus station style hand blowers really remind me why this place charges premium prices for a burger (sarcasm). It feels like I deliberately went to an airport to pay for overpriced crappy food. The trash receptacles have holes about half the size of the trays and a separate recycle section. I guess if you’re not guilted into a tip, you’re guilted into sorting your own trash. All this would be forgivable if pricing met the standard of service and quality of food being offered. It doesn’t. Highly recommend if you enjoy being conned into thinking there is anything premium about this place. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
