Do something about your dissapointing service! Because it's your JOB! put your heart on it! Shakeys is also known to deliver a "WOW Service" but when we dine SO DISAPPOINTED!!!, it is my sister's birthday. After we eat, we told the crew or I think it is the manager. Shout out to the BOY MANAGER, JULY 08, 2021 at the MORNING! you have a dissapointing service :) ! We told that we have a celebrant, and you know what you did? You just said that "ah may celebrant po ba" and then after a couple of minutes, we're waiting for the staff to come in our table and sing a Happy Birthday for my sister. That is what i call the WOW service of the shakeys, but IT IS VERY DISSAPOINTING! that BOY don't talk to us anymore, we don't know if we are waiting for something or none. very thumbs down
