Food: Came here with fam after some stroll around the area. We ordered the usual; pizza, chicken n' mojos, pasta, salad and dessert.

Place: Pre-covid. Spacious and well-maintained. Haven't visited again so unsure if the place still looks the same.

Price: Average.

This review is for Shakey’s San Antonio (San Pedro branch). With booky prime we got to order the brunch set which consists of fried chicken, italian style pasta, 2 slices of mojos, 1 slice hawaiian pizza (smaller than regular size though), garlic bread. We got 2 sets for 299 pesos. We came at around 11am, a few minutes maybe before they opened and I just had to commend their pizza which was freshly made! Not to mention they have staff who were attentive and friendly. Thank you :)

The food was consistently good, as with other branches. Thin crust pizzas and Chicken & Mojos are always great choices. But this particular branch looks to be short staffed. The restaurant was one of the bigger ones and was maybe half-full when we got there at past 230pm on a Sunday. It took a few minutes before we got seated because available tables were either just for two or bigger groups (we were only 3) and staff had to clear a booth that was just vacated. Based on experience, serving time after ordering usually takes 15-20minutes. Here, it took a little longer and when the food got to us, it was already cold. The skilleti (spaghetti) was cold. The chicken was cold. The mojos were cold. It was only the pizza that was a tad warm when served. We didn't bother anymore to complain since we were just really hungry that time as we came from a long drive and hadn't had lunch. I guess the food came out several minutes before wait staff had a chance to bring it to our table because they were all scrambing to attend to all the other customers. I observed them and all were doing something non-stop and even the store manager was already helping out to clear tables. Not a really good experience for us and I hope they sort their staffing issues soon.
