Poor customer service. Lots of follow up was needed for us to get our order. Staff are unattentive. It feels like they don't want to work. Our order was also encoded wrong. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ±1,0001,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Managers are very rude and entitled. I waited almost an hour for a simple inquiry for their birthday packages. They made me wait so long then asked me to come back in another time since no one is available to accomodate me. Take note managers and crews were just taking selfies. Very rude. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
