Best Indian cuisines here all the time whenever I ordered from Shama takeaway. I am ordering it from Shama takeaway past 05 years since I started living independently. All I can recall is only 2 times I have bad experiences one was delay in a delivery and second one was a wrong order. I did call the shama takeaway the receptionist did not acknowledged it my complaint according to what I have been promised. Second time, it was a late delivery. These are the only 02 incidents I can recall for now that occurred in past 05 years. Other than that,food is meeting the standards. Well done to all of the kitchen staff in Shama takeaway. I am sorry I rated you 3 stars in Service.But in food I rated you 5 stars. Atmosphere,I personally never visited Shama in last 05 years so I am leaving it blank. Thank you. Best customer service. Food was amazing, everything from the paneer tikka bites, to their chilli chicken hakka noodles was perfect. Very flavourful, very tasty, very rich. The MANGO LASSI - 10/10!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered delivery, I did not realise this place was quite far away, but still they sent my food all the way to Derby, the driver was courteous and professional, excellent customer service. The food was good. Thank you. Price per person: £10–20
