Mixed feelings. Food is fantastic, blows Dave's hot chicken out of the water. Chicken was cooked perfectly I got a hot honey slider it was very flavorful. NOT very spicy at all. If you're looking for heat get the inferno. The fries were perfect with a lot of seasoning on them. The shams sauce was delicious. Whole thing was hot and fresh. Worth the wait which was about 15 minutes for 3 meals. The paintings on the walls and general vibe is pretty cool in there and it seemed clean but every single surface I interacted with was unusually sticky including the floor. Also the chick that took our order was kinda rude. 9/10 would frequent this place if I lived nearby. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Small spot; former donut spot that's been updated with a modernized interior. Quick, friendly service and lots of parking and seating available. The fries get an easy 5*. They're crispy and fluffy, even after a few minutes. Superb. The chicken slider combo stacks up against the same from Mike's Hot Chicken. I did knock a star off because the chicken isn't as flavorful (I got the Hot with no sauce and no slaw to judge the chicken fairly) but it's still juicy, and the brioche bun adds another flavor profile I didn't know I needed in my life.
