Review Time: Shan Kishi Japanese Hibachi (Gulf Breeze) So we had a early birthday celebration for my fiancé's son; and his choice was this place for hibachi. Now my all time favorite is Tokyo on 9 mile. I'm sorry to say, but I've never had it at Sake. I always eat sushi or have soup or whatever Wayan Sumadi decides to make me. So hopefully this place is tasty? It's always entertaining to go to these hibachi restaurants. I always enjoy seeing what the chef does during his show. We had several servers waiting on us and our drinks were never empty. Well I didn't order hibachi, but the other 3 did and you know I had to sample his steak, shrimp, rice and veggies. The steak was nice and tender, but salty; the shrimp were over cooked (slightly burnt); the fried rice was ok; and the veggies was basically all onions. Sorry guys no picture, because I don't like showing half eaten food. Now for me, I tried the black pepper tuna, which was super fresh and delicious. I also had the surf clam, which was super fresh and tasty. For my main entree, I tried the udon noodle soup. The broth was delicious, but the udon noodles were slightly over cooked. Overall Review: service 5/5 and food (hibachi - 3/5 and my meal (sushi and soup) was 4/5...I would go back definitely for some sushi if I'm in Gulf Breeze...
