Hi Amanda, thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear you were disappointed because that's never the experience we want anyone to have. My father opened the original Shane's Rib Shack in 2002, and my husband and I managed that location for almost 15 years before purchasing the once corporately owned Forsyth location in 2024. The standards that made you love the Original location are the same standards we brought to Forsyth, and we've worked incredibly hard over the past two years to improve this restaurant in every way we can. I also wanted to mention that our smoked wings have always been smoked and then flash-fried. That's how they've been prepared since our Original location opened in 2002. If you're looking for chicken that's only smoked, our smoked half chicken is a great option! Hearing that you experienced inconsistency or poor service is so disappointing because those are two priorities we take very seriously. We take a lot of pride in hiring the right team members and both work in the store full time in our store.
