Ok, I come here at least once every other month or so, never had an issue with the food. Today my burger was half cooked. I do NOT return food, worked in that industry.. lol. The server went out of his way to make another before I walked out the door, with out my knowledge. He said in good conscious, he could not not make it right. This blew me away. Shane's Rib Shack - come see them and kuddos to Jake our awesome server.
