Keep calm and try Chinese cuisine. Tasty grilled chicken, Dim sum and prawns can make a good impression on you. The high ratings of this fast food wouldn't be possible without the cheerful staff. Professional service is something guests like here. Democratic prices are to be expected at Shanghai 360. The atmosphere is calm, as people see it. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

They changed the recipe for deneral tao and bang bang chicken.... it tastes like frozen co, it's spongy... too bad... I loved this place... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30

Disclaimer: Do not send any hate to this establishment nor the personnel involved. This rating is based on my reports and others who may feel the same experience. 04 February, 2024. This restaurant is a won’t come back for sure. Here is why Pros: 1) Nice location in the mall. In the centre of the mall. 2) It’s right by other foods and restaurants. 3) They speak English (The Employees) the day we were there. Cons: 1) Salty to the Max. Lacking flavour. 2) Way overpriced for three people. It was $71 after taxes for the combo plates. 3) Customer service was not that good. Because it feels like they were Rushing. Not friendly and or kind. Even though it was Sunday and around 1:00PM. 4) Some food was too cold. 5) I felt bloated and full for two days and thirsty for the whole day. 6) Food was very Oily and greasy. Conclusion: I will never ever eat at this establishment again. It’s sad that they operate here in this Beautiful mall. Even though there was a lot of people who bought here I will not come back because unsastisfaction I felt after the meal. I hope they improve everything and change everything from service to food to how they work. I won’t dine here ever again. Good Luck to the staff and people at Shanghai 360 Laval.
