Terrible. Got take out and I think it was a week old. Who can't cook rice and chicken was tasteless, even broccoli was bad. Never again. Yuck!!

I have eaten Chinese food at every place in Elmira and a few in Corning and HANDS DOWN Shanghai express has the BEST food for this type around. You can't beat it I promise. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
