Celebrated my birthday lunch here last weekend and it was such a great experience from start to finish. We tried the business lunch menu and the food-to-price ratio was absolutely worth it. From the soup and appetizers to the mains, everything was excellent and well-prepared. Dessert comes with an additional charge, but it’s definitely worth it. We ordered the giant fortune cookie and it was delicious. Aside from the amazing food and beautiful view, what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service. Special thanks to Ritek and Aron for taking such good care of us and patiently attending to all our needs and queries. Their hospitality was exceptional, and it’s no surprise this restaurant is part of the Michelin 2026 selection. They even surprised me with a complimentary treat when they found out I was celebrating my birthday, which made the experience feel even more warm and personal. Highly recommended and definitely a place we’d come back to. Business Lunch at Shanghai Me. Both outerior and interior of the place looks impressive. A good dating place for couples or a maybe brunch date with your friends. It costs 115QAR per person for the business lunch. It includes a soup, 1 starter and 1 main course. You can view the business lunch menu options and the regular main menu in the photos provided here. Food: Honestly, Business lunch menu options were really great. There was a lot to choose from, including two vegetarian options. Would just hope that maybe they can include a dessert in the BL menu. You have to pay additional 25QAR for a milky cake. They have other desserts to offer but thats the only dessert option in the BL menu. What we ordered: Soup: Miso soup & Hot and Sour Soup with Mushroom Starter: Sesame prawn on toast & Chicken spring Roll Mains: Salmon Teriyaki w Steamed Rice & Beef Garlic and Black Pepper w Egg Fried Rice Everything tasted amazing! The rice portions was huge we couldn't even finish it. Although if I may add we did order some ala carte items like the Lobster Cantonese Noodles (pricy but a MUST TRY it was the highlight of the visit!) and the Mixed Steamed Dimsum Basket (there were 4 kinds, 2 pieces of each kind) For drinks, I tried the RAT mocktail as recommended by the lovely staff named Jorge. It was a popular drink according to him. It was also good but the only problem was price was leaning on the expensive side (50QR) but the drink itself was not a lot. + Jorge was really attentive. We appreciate his service and hard work! I would definitely back soon! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: QAR 300–350 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Shanghai Me Doha and I really liked the overall concept. The place has a sleek design with subtle Chinese touches, and the atmosphere feels both stylish and relaxing. The service was good and the staff were attentive. As for the food, it was okay for me — I’ve had better in other Asian restaurants around Doha. That said, two dishes really stood out: the dimsum platter and the Hokkaido cream cheese ice cream (if I remember the name correctly). Those were definitely memorable. Overall, it’s still a standout spot in Doha and worth trying at least once for the ambiance and experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: QAR 150–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
