Ma’am, we are very sorry for the confusion you experienced that day. Around 18:00 we were completely full, and unfortunately we did not have any tables available. We even had to send back a group of 6 people earlier because all tables were already reserved. I don’t know why my sister told you to stay — we are a family-run restaurant and maybe her intention was simply not to let you leave disappointed. But at that moment, we truly had no free table available. We already spoke about this situation internally, and we sincerely apologize if the experience made you feel unwelcome in any way. We respect every guest equally — there is absolutely nothing related to nationality or having a child with you. That was never our intention. Please visit us again, and next time we will gladly reserve a table for you in advance so you can have a much better experience with us. Our employee informed us that during a very busy period you called several times. We understand your frustration, but as your order was placed through Wolt, we are unfortunately unable to process refunds or compensation directly, as the payment is handled by Wolt, not by us. In such cases, the correct procedure is to report the issue through the Wolt app, and their customer support will review your complaint and arrange a refund if appropriate.
