Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered corporate lunch for our office and this was, without exaggeration, one of the worst meals we’ve ever received. I ordered chicken carbonara and what arrived was a sad, bone-dry pile of plain pasta with no chicken at all. No sauce, no flavor, no protein—just noodles. Calling this “carbonara” is insulting. When you’re providing food for a corporate order, basic quality and accuracy should be the bare minimum. This wasn’t a small mistake; it was a complete failure to deliver what was ordered.
