I ordered three Sharetea drinks, and they added a ton of boba to them! I spent $45 and I'm really not happy about it. We ended up throwing the drinks away! They were for my kids, and they can’t drink them with all that boba! Someone seriously messed up my order, and we’re not pleased!

Thank you! I did check it out and it seems like you ordered it in DOORDASH NOT in person. ACCORDING to the receipt, the drinks were prepared exactly as requested. One of the drinks you selected — the Thai Tea Ice Blended w/ Pearls (ICE BLENDED) — already comes with boba by default, and the receipt shows that you chose to keep it and you added extra boba, which was charged accordingly and the receipt of your doordash shows what you ordered and my employees prepared exactly what was ordered and paid for. Please note that we never add extra boba unless it is specifically selected and paid for in the order. In this case, the additional boba was included at your request.You should be able to view your receipt in your DoorDash account, but I can also re-email it to you upon request for reference.We appreciate your feedback and hope this clarifies the situation.
