I had such a wonderful experience at this bubble tea shop! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cozy, welcoming, and relaxing. They greeted us right away and asked if we needed any assistance, which is something we rarely hear anymore. You instantly feel comfortable here. The staff were friendly and kind, and everything felt clean and well taken care of. I came with my friends during rush hour, and even though they were clearly busy, they still took the time to help us. I was a little nervous to order at first because I saw at least 10 cups waiting at the station, plus a line at the counter, but we honestly didn’t wait long at all! They worked so fast and stayed very organized. There were only two people working at the time, but they still managed to keep everything moving smoothly and finish every order. Amazing! The drinks were delicious. You can tell they put effort into what they serve, and the quality really shows. The portions were generous, and the flavors were so good. I rarely leave reviews, but this shop truly deserves one. It has great drinks, great service, and such a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back! If you’re ever deciding between coming to the Sharetea westerville or Sharetea Dublin location, don’t hesitant in coming to Westerville! The drinks are so good and the boba is fresh! There is so much more variety for people to choose from. The two employees, Zahra and Barwaaqo, were so inviting, warm and helpful! There is even games/books adding to the amazing atmosphere.
