Mare is pretty near Library of the National Bank of Belgium. Clients don't highly appreciate fish at this restaurant. Many visitors mark that the staff is well-trained here. But Mare is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I got the worst lobster roll I ever had. It is not a lobster roll, it is lobster salad topped with fried onions. It tastes mostly like fried onions (the cheap ones that you can buy in the supermarket) and lemon peel, very sour. Zero, absolutely zero lobster taste. Not a single piece of lobster to be detected. Lobster is a delicate flavour. Lobster rolls should have a soft, creamy flavour. Whoever came up with this recipe doesn't understand food. Almost 15 bucks is a massive rip off. Probably the worst "Tuna Niçoise Salad" I have ever seen. As far as I'm concerned, this salad had approximately 10% ingredient overlap with a real niçoise salade and slighty better match to the description in the menu. The plate contained a bag of iceberg lettuce with some coleslaw mixed in, drenched in salad cream, with a half of a boiled egg (probably the most edible thing) and 4 olives, only three small pieces of tuna, and they were definitely not grilled as described... Possibly fried in a nuclear reactor. I ate two bites and gave up to order from another stall. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1
